Week 1

2 x 30 second run and 60 second walk
2 x 45 second run and 60 second walk
6 x 60 second run and 60 second walk

Week 2

2 x 60 second run and 60 second walk
4 x 90 seconds run and 90 seconds walk
1 x 2 minutes run and 2 minutes walk

Week 3

3 x 2 minutes run and 2 minutes walk
2 x 3 minutes run and 2 minutes walk

Week 4

2 x 2 minutes run and 1 minutes walk
3 x 3 minute run and 90 second walk

Week 5

1 x 4 minute run and 2 minute walk
1 x 4 minute run and 90 second walk
1 x 5 minute run and 90 second walk

Week 6

1 x 5 minute run and 90 second walk
3 x 5 minute run and 60 second walk

Week 7

20 minutes of Fartlek:
Run down the straights
Jog/walk the bends

Week 8

25 minutes of Fartlek:
Run down the straights
Jog the bends
